Rainbow Gem by Jean Hilton

Jak w tytule - moje pierwsze podejście do tęczowych kamyczków - chyba udane :) W kolejce czekają trzy następne. Użyłam 18 monokanwy, cieniowanych nici Threadworx w kolorze Pastel Bouquet i muliny Anchora i DMC. Jeśli ktoś miałby ochotę to wzory są darmowe i pochodzą z Rainbow Gallery .

My first Rainbow Gem - I think it looks quite nice :) There is three more patterns in this collection and I can't wait to stitch them all. For this one I used 18 monocanvas, Threadworx stranded cotton in Pastel Bouquet and solid color cottons from Anchor and DMC. Patterns are free and can be found here. .

Whimsy

Tak od niechcenia skusiłam się wczoraj na taka zachciankę :) Projekt jest darmowy i pochodzi ze strony amerykańskiego needlepointa . Jak widać nieco go zmodyfikowałam i oto co powstało. Całość jest maleńka, bo użyłam monokanwy 22. Spód zrobiłam z filcu, całość wypełniłam watą i lawendą. Mam nadzieję, że przyszła posiadaczka się ucieszy :)

My yesterday's Whimsy :) It's a free project from American Needlepoint Guild website . As you can see I made some changes and result you can see below. Pattern is really small as I used 22 counted monocanvas. The bottom side is made of felt and inside I put some cotton wool and lavender. It's gonna be a small gift for one of my co-workers, hopefuly she'll like it :)
